We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our primary care team in Reno, OK. This role offers a comprehensive practice launch program, ongoing support, and a pathway to full ownership.

Practice Launchpad Timeline

Setup: We handle staffing, credentialing, furnishing, and funding to establish your clinic.

Operation (First 12 Months): We employ you, manage practice operations, billing, supervision, insurance, EMR, payroll, and marketing.

Ownership Transfer (After 12 Months): Ownership of the practice and receivables is transferred to you.

Full Ownership (Approximately 36 Months): You fully own your practice, debt-free and without collateral.

Practitioner Responsibilities

Assess patient health through interviews and examinations
Document patient care accurately
Provide outpatient services and health education
Perform gynecological exams and screenings
Order and evaluate labs and imaging
Maintain licensure and continuing education
Prescribe within formulary, participate in community health activities
Communicate effectively with patients and team members

Qualifications

Valid NP or PA license in Oklahoma
Graduate of an accredited NP program
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
Experience with EMR systems
Commitment to high-quality care and professional growth
