We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our primary care team in Reno, OK. This role offers a comprehensive practice launch program, ongoing support, and a pathway to full ownership.

Practice Launchpad Timeline
  • Setup: We handle staffing, credentialing, furnishing, and funding to establish your clinic.
  • Operation (First 12 Months): We employ you, manage practice operations, billing, supervision, insurance, EMR, payroll, and marketing.
  • Ownership Transfer (After 12 Months): Ownership of the practice and receivables is transferred to you.
  • Full Ownership (Approximately 36 Months): You fully own your practice, debt-free and without collateral.
  • Our philosophies emphasize provider autonomy, burnout prevention, and comprehensive support to ensure your success and well-being.

    Practitioner Responsibilities
    • Assess patient health through interviews and examinations
    • Document patient care accurately
    • Provide outpatient services and health education
    • Perform gynecological exams and screenings
    • Order and evaluate labs and imaging
    • Maintain licensure and continuing education
    • Prescribe within formulary, participate in community health activities
    • Communicate effectively with patients and team members
    Qualifications
    • Valid NP or PA license in Oklahoma
    • Graduate of an accredited NP program
    • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
    • Experience with EMR systems
    • Commitment to high-quality care and professional growth
