Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing, developing, coordinating, integrating, analyzing, and maintaining integrated plans and schedules for highly complex projects. They will ensure that projects are executed in accordance with project management industry standards and will provide high‑level analysis to determine scope, report on progress, and identify risks and opportunities. This role involves developing mitigation plans, refining business cases, and consulting on best practices in planning, scheduling, change management, and baseline management.
Responsibilities- Oversee the development of integrated plans and schedules for complex projects
- Provide high‑level analysis including trend analysis, variance analysis, and impact assessment
- Identify risks and opportunities within projects and develop mitigation plans
- Consult on best practices in planning, scheduling, change management, and baseline management
- Act as the primary project contact to establish stakeholder requirements and project objectives
- Obtain approvals from stakeholders for the commitment of resources
- Deploy approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, or Enterprise levels
- 8+ years of strong project management and planning experience in an IT capacity
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Ability to identify risks and opportunities
- Proficiency in developing mitigation plans
