Beta is looking for an Account Manager to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented with a proven track record of creative problem solving. Multi-tasking and the ability to take direction from multiple sources is vital to the success in this position. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, performs well under pressure, and is highly skilled in prioritizing tasks.

- Provide extensive administrative support to ensure success of multiple brokers and assigned accounts
- Manage client relationships while acting as a direct line between Beta and the client
- Draft and review a variety of documents, included but not limited to initiation of projects, market reports, RFPs, RFIs, LOIs, and comparison packages
- Coordinate property information packages in response to RFIs and RFPs
- Prepare various reports and presentations for both Beta and the client
- Update, pull and maintain accurate information in Salesforce and other CRM databases
- Ensure accuracy of all information collected and distributed internally and externally
- Research and compile market data such as rent comparisons and sales comparisons
- Ability to perform dedicated research, analyze data found, and make informed recommendations
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- 2+ years of working in a similar environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- An interest in commercial real estate with the passion to grow within a company
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgement, and work with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to adapt and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience working with a CRM
Please note that this position is an in-office position. Employees are required to work on-site Monday - Thursday with Friday being a flexible remote day. Please only apply if you are able to work in our offices in El Segundo, CA.
