Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking for a highly organized, proactive communications professional to support our Aeronautics Systems strategic communications team. Reporting to the manager of content and channel strategy, this role is responsible for helping to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously for business priorities.

You’ll make a difference by:

Leading end-to-end planning and execution of strategic communications projects, campaigns and initiatives and ensure stakeholder awareness

Developing project plans, timelines and success measures aligned to business focus areas and priorities

Establishing project governance, workflows and processes that enable efficient collaboration across communications and business teams

Partnering with content and creative teams to coordinate development and production of materials to satisfy business needs

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience, Masters Degree with 3 years of experience or 1 year of experience with a PhD Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and execution of large projects

Proficiency in creating, maintaining and utilizing metrics in Tableau, excel, and Share Point Experience  in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Ability to work independently and multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred

Familiarity with regulatory requirements for equipment installation in manufacturing environments

Experience with presentations to leadership, executives
