Perform daily site reports and safety audits, documenting progress, identifying risks, and enforcing corrective actions to maintain a secure work environment.

Conduct quality control inspections, including QC checklists and verification of workmanship, to ensure all projects meet established requirements. Manage critical construction documentation, including RFIs, submittals, field changes, punchlists, daily logs, and progress photos. Review contractor schedules and lead onsite coordination meetings to maintain alignment, resolve issues, and ensure efficient execution. Support the FM Project Manager with onsite insights regarding scheduling, change management, risks, and scope alignment.

Maintain strong communication with site stakeholders, building occupants, contractors, and the broader FM project team. Oversee overall jobsite management, including housekeeping, material staging areas, access routes, permits, and closeout activities.
