The Role

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Senior Graphic Designer will support the execution of Hammitt’s creative across digital, retail, and print channels. This temporary role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented designer who combines elevated visual taste with strong production skills, an eye for consistency, and a process-driven approach to creative execution.

The ideal candidate can quickly step into established workflows, bring structure to complex projects, and manage multiple deliverables from concept through final production. From web banners and paid digital ads to in-store signage, direct mail postcards, and seasonal print catalogs, this person will ensure every asset is thoughtfully designed, accurately produced, and consistent with the Hammitt brand.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Production & Design Systems

• Execute high-quality creative across digital, print, and retail touchpoints while maintaining brand standards and visual consistency.
• Maintain and improve design templates, asset libraries, file organization, and production workflows to support efficient, repeatable creative execution.
• Develop adaptable design systems and templates that allow creative to be efficiently resized, versioned, and updated across channels.
• Manage creative projects from intake and asset preparation through design, revisions, approvals, and final delivery.
• Maintain organized working files and production-ready deliverables, ensuring accurate specifications, naming conventions, and version control.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, manage feedback, and keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule.

Digital Design & Advertising

• Design and produce web banners for homepage features, collection pages, promotional moments, and evergreen site content.
• Create and version paid digital advertising assets across platforms, including Meta and Google, ensuring creative is optimized for required placements and specifications.
• Resize and adapt creative across formats, audiences, campaigns, and channels while preserving visual hierarchy and brand integrity.
• Maintain and refresh evergreen digital assets to support seasonal campaigns, product launches.
• Lead creation of collateral for direct mail campaigns and print/digital retail catalogs, as well as seasonal lookbooks for press + media

Hourly Range: $50 - $75

This contractor will work 25-30 hours per week in person at our El Segundo office .
