Guest Services Agent PT

Embassy Suites by Hilton LAX South is hiring an energetic Guest Services Agent to greet, register, and check out guests while upselling hotel services.

• Complete the registration process, inputting guest details into the computer system and coding electronic keys.
• Promote and administer Hilton marketing programs such as Hilton Honors.
• Account for rooms and services within guest statements and assist with payment at checkout.
• Respond to guest requests, field complaints, and provide accurate information about hotel services.
• Promptly answer phone and email inquiries, and retrieve messages for guests.

• Ability to arrive to work on time and follow the scheduled shift.
• Skill in using a calculator to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations.
• Effective customer service skills, patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and resolve conflicts.
• Strong reading, listening, and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to accurately input information into a moderately complex computer system.

Hourly $20.00-$22.00
