• Setting up, maintaining, and producing detailed plans, contract documents, and electronic design drawings using AutoCAD and/or REVIT.
• Performing preliminary design tasks essential for project completion.
• Collaborating effectively with CCI team members across multiple departments.
• Providing robust support to principals, project managers, and project designers.
• Correcting internal markups and conducting initial quality control checks to ensure compliance with CAD/Revit standards.
• Managing the transfer of physical and electronic documents to clients.

• 2-3 years of experience with an architectural or engineering firm.
• A related technical or associate's degree.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs, prioritize tasks, and execute high‑quality work.
