Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Their team is solving complex challenges across spacecraft, UAVs, and launch vehicles — and they’re looking for a Senior Structural Analyst to help ensure their mission‑critical systems meet the highest standards of structural integrity.

- Leading structural analysis of enclosures, subassemblies, and integrated systems
- Building advanced FEMs to simulate stress, fatigue, and thermal performance (MIL‑STD‑810, DO‑160)
- Working closely with design teams to optimize structural safety, reliability, and performance
- Conducting trade studies and sensitivity analyses to assess risks
- Guiding and mentoring junior engineers on best practices and technical development
- Supporting structural model validation and flight test activities
- 4+ years’ experience in structural analysis for aerospace or high‑performance hardware
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong experience with Ansys, Simcenter, or Femap
- Deep understanding of structural mechanics, dynamics, and materials
- Confident with both FEA tools and hand calculations to bound complex problems
- Bonus: scripting skills (Python, MATLAB), and experience qualifying spaceflight hardware
