As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will own the design, integration, and testing of critical flight electronics. From high-efficiency power systems and custom lithium-ion battery packs to avionics, RF links, and controls, you will take ideas from whiteboard to stratospheric flight. You will architect hardware, design PCBs, bring them up in the lab, debug relentlessly, and see your designs fly.

This role is hands-on and fast-paced. You will:

• Design, build, and test high-voltage and low-voltage power electronics for flight systems.
• Architect, layout, and validate PCBs for avionics, controls, and RF payloads.
• Work with embedded systems, sensors, and communication links to integrate full avionics stacks.
• Own end-to-end hardware from schematics through assembly and environmental testing.
• Troubleshoot and iterate rapidly, closing the loop between lab, field test, and Mojave flights.
• Mentor and lead junior engineers while setting the standard for technical excellence.
