Patient Services Representative – Inter Dent Service Corporation

Join our team and start your career in dental patient services! No dental experience is required – we provide full training. This role offers a Training Bonus exceeding $1,000.

Compensation
  • Hourly base pay: $21.00 per hour
  • Training bonus: up to $1,025
  • Commission plan: estimated $350–$400 bonus per month, with an additional $300 bonus on top of the first, for a total $650–$700 bonus per month
Hours of Operation

Shifts available throughout a range from 7:15 a.m. to 8 p.m. PST.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Respond to high-volume inbound phone calls while compassionately handling questions and concerns
  • Schedule new patient appointments
  • Use trained sales tactics to reach company goals for appointments set and customer satisfaction
  • Schedule treatment with general dentist or hygienist
  • Schedule specialty consultations for patients with a referral
  • Discuss insurance copayments and payment plans, share Smile Plan with new patients
  • Cancel or reschedule treatment appointments
  • Complete various duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership Team
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience
  • Typing speed of 40 wpm
  • Desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
