WhatYou Will Do
The Manager, Entertainment Marketing will support in leading strategic partnerships and entertainment marketing initiatives. This role will be pivotal in identifying, developing, and executing entertainment programs that elevate L'Oréal's brands in culture and cement L'Oreal as a cultural leader in the beauty space.
The ideal candidate is a cultural strategist, creative thinker, and digital-first marketer with a deep understanding and passion for entertainment and brand partnerships. This person will thrive at the intersection of culture and consumer trends, ensuring L'Oréal remains at the forefront of consumer engagement.
Entertainment Marketing Responsibilities- Support the execution of strategic partnerships across entertainment, sports, and music, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Assist with talent and partner outreach, negotiation, and activation, serving as a key point of contact for external agencies, platforms, and production partners.
- Manage content integration opportunities, helping brands activate partnerships in a meaningful and impactful way.
- Track industry trends, emerging talent, and cultural moments to identify proactive opportunities for L'Oréal's brands.
- Help Fah coordinate brand activations around tentpole events (e.g., award shows, major sporting events, film premieres).
- Maintainexpert understanding of the entertainment landscape pop‑culture(including celebrities, athletes, musicians, personalities, experts, tentpole cultural moments and events, etc.)
- Track L'Oreal brandactivations andsharebest practices/learningsacross the L'Orealcommunity
- Maintain strong relationships with talent agents, managers and publicistsand cultivate new relationships with external partners andcreators
- Liaise with internal teams, including US marketing, DMI, Global CDMO, media, A&I and sourcing to ensure entertainment initiatives are integrated seamlessly.
- Track and measure the success of entertainment activations, ensuring key learnings are shared across the organization.
- Maintain strong relationships with external industry stakeholders, including talent agencies, studios, entertainment platforms.
- Bachelor's degreein marketing, business, or a related field.
- 6-8+ years of experience in entertainment marketing, brand partnerships,ileno digital marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the entertainment industryপি>
- Strong ability to synthesize cultural trends and consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of working withtalent, influencers, agencies, and entertainment properties.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills,with experience in stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
