Treasury Analyst will execute Mattel’s daily liquidity management, intercompany funding and propose borrowing and investment recommendations, manage global bank account process including optimization of global banking. The analyst will interact with Mattel’s global subsidiaries to support cash forecasting process and help improve existing cash and bank account management processes. Global cash management is at the core of the treasury function and understanding the impact of transactions on cash flow forecasting and global liquidity is integral to this position.

• Partner with International affiliates and business teams to forecast global cash flows and assess opportunities to optimize working capital and investment decisions
• Support the global treasury cash management system and process automation
• Assist Director of Risk Management with analyses aimed at optimizing customer credit insurance in addition to other areas of risk
• Maintain financial models to support cash flow and liquidity calculations
• Build partnership and alignment with key functions within the company, including the Shared Service Centers, Controller’s Office, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Internal Audit

• 3+ years of experience in liquidity management, cash forecasting, financial/business analyses or credit/banking.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred)
• Understanding of Financial Modeling, balance sheet analyses and forecasting is required
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications. AI knowledge is a plus.
• Proactive, high energy and results-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate complicated matters clearly and concisely in both verbal & written format

* The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
