This is a hybrid role based in our El Segundo office;
Tuesdays and Wednesdays onsite.

• Lead payroll tax compliance for 2,700+ multi‑state employees using ADP Workforce Now.
• Own federal, state, and local payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and audits.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on wage and hour laws, FLSA, garnishments, and Regular Rate of Pay.
• Research and implement tax law changes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing across all frequencies.
• Partner cross‑functionally with HR, Accounting, Sales Compensation, and IT to optimize systems and workflows.
• Make recommendations for streamlining processes.

• 5-7 years of payroll and multi‑state tax experience.
• Deep knowledge of FLSA, IRS regulations, and payroll tax compliance.
• Expertise in ADP Workforce Now and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• CPP designation preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
