Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy leaders to develop five-year financial plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts
• Own and manage business line P&Ls, including bookings, revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and overall profitability
• Deliver performance reviews, variance analysis, and KPI reporting to commercial leadership with clear insights and recommendations
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses to support data-driven decision-making
• Guide business partners through governance processes, including business cases for headcount and investment requests

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or finance business partnering, ideally supporting Sales and Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
• MBA preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Advanced Excel skills;
  Tableau experience preferred; SQL and/or VBA familiarity a plus

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by Work Genius.
