Position Summary

The CFO is a key member of the senior leadership team who provides strategic financial guidance and oversight to drive growth, maintain financial health, and support data-informed decision-making. This individual will lead financial planning, reporting, analysis, risk management, and compliance functions across the global business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic financial plan.

• Provide insights and analysis to support high-impact business decisions, including pricing, investment, and expansion strategies.

• Lead long-term financial forecasting, business modeling, and performance tracking.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis, and variance reporting.

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages for senior leadership and the board.

• Identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains across financial reporting and operations.

Accounting & Reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting that complies with GAAP or relevant international accounting standards.

• Oversee consolidation of profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flows, and key financial metrics.

• Lead annual and quarterly reporting, including audit coordination and compliance filings.

• Design and strengthen financial controls, policies, and procedures.

• Manage financial risk, working capital strategy, and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

Operational Finance

• Oversee treasury, tax, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and supply chain finance activities.

• Provide financial governance and oversight for commercial spend, profitability by channel, and capital projects.

Leadership & Team Development

• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

• Promote cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, marketing, and supply chain stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

• Extensive senior financial leadership experience, preferably in consumer goods, beverage, or CPG industries.

• Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, accounting, reporting, and risk management.

• Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic insight and operational action.

• Experience working with financial systems and data platforms.

Preferred

• Experience leading finance in global operations or multi-entity organizations.

• Prior involvement with ERP implementations or financial transformation projects.

• Experience interfacing with boards of directors and external stakeholders.

• Background with high growth or scaling businesses.
