Job Description
We are currently looking for an Associate to join the Keygent team.

Responsibilities- Actively participate in the planning, structuring, and execution of municipal bond transactions and manage the administrative aspects of the transaction process from initial pitch to final settlement, including :
- Perform and coordinate research and quantitative analysis to produce materials for current and prospective clients.
- Prepare, review and maintain transaction materials including credit presentations, case studies, timelines, and client presentations.
- Track the progress of transactions and review transaction materials for accuracy.
- As needed, attend client meetings, calls and presentations.
- Assist senior advisors in identifying transaction opportunities (e.g., refinancings).
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with Keygent team members on a transaction-to-transaction basis, providing relevant and valuable transaction information to support the development of financial models.
- In collaboration with key members of the Keygent team, contribute to the strategic growth activities associated with prospective and engaged leads, including :
- Prepare and maintain various marketing materials, including presentations, pitchbooks, lists of comparable transactions, and market updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry consultants, attorneys, and other external colleagues.
- Assist in the training of junior-level Keygent team members, as needed.

- Has the following qualifications and experience :
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in municipal finance required, with at least 2-years experience preferred.
- Proficient in use of digital software and technology, including databases, Microsoft Office suite, and Bloomberg.
- Available to work full-time in a hybrid work environment.
- You are based in or around the Los Angeles area.
The anticipated base salary for the Associate position is $75,000 per year; this position is eligible for substantial annual incentive compensation (Associate total annual compensation typically ranges from $85,000 - $130,000, depending on job performance).
