Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Finance Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $60.00 to $70.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the organization’s cash position and ensure accurate forecasting for liquidity needs.
  • Oversee weekly cash management activities, including approving payables and authorizing wire transfers and ACH payments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with payment processors and monitor transaction success and chargeback.
  • Lead strategic financial planning, including annual budgeting for income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
  • Prepare and present clear financial reports, KPIs, and insights to support company initiatives and decision‑making.
Requirements
  • At least 15+ years of progressive experience in finance with increasing responsibilities.
  • Minimum of 7+ years in a managerial role overseeing finance or treasury functions.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Exceptional understanding of U.S. GAAP and proficiency in accounting operations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
  • CPA license or equivalent professional certification.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in consumer goods or similar industries.
  • Ability to lead system upgrades, process improvements, and participate in mergers and acquisitions when needed.
