Get instant notifications when new job openings matching "Real Estate / Director jobs in El Segundo, United States" are published.## About This RoleRETS Associates, on behalf of a well-established Multifamily and Industrial real estate investment firm, is seeking a Director of Capital Raising to lead the firm's in-house equity capital raising efforts for industrial and multifamily acquisitions across Southern California and Phoenix.
The firm has a 15+ year track record and has closed on over 100 deals.
This is a highly visible, externally focused role centered on sourcing, cultivating, and closing relationships with high-net-worth investors and family offices. The ideal profile is a true relationship-driven hunter with strong real estate investment acumen, capable of managing a structured capital raise process while effectively communicating complex investment opportunities to sophisticated investors.
Key responsibilities include leading outbound investor origination efforts targeting high-net-worth individuals, family offices, wealth managers, and select institutional investors; managing the full capital raising process for real estate acquisitions including investor outreach, presentations, due diligence coordination, and closing; and building and maintaining long-term investor relationships as a primary point of contact for deal updates and reporting.
The Director will partner closely with Acquisitions and Asset Management teams to understand investment opportunities and help build and institutionalize the firm's investor relations infrastructure. This position is ideally based in El Segundo, with Orange County also an option, and will require regular in-person engagement across the LA market.
