Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and create individualized treatment plans

Guide patients through evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function

Document progress and communicate effectively with care teams and families

Collaborate with leadership and marketing on wellness workshops and outreach

Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support quality standards in all care

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited program(DPT or MPT accepted)

Licensed Physical Therapist in California(or license-eligible)

Current BLS Certification(with AED)

2+ years of clinical experiencepreferred (outpatient or wellness-focused a plus)

Passion for integrative care, strong communication skills, and a patient-first mindset
