The Massage Therapist will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services and creating a relaxing experience for clients.

• Perform various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, Thai, stretch therapy, prenatal, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and cupping.
• Lymphatic drainage is a plus.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of massage rooms.
• Uphold professional standards and ethics at all times.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy.
• Work one weekend shift per week.

Life from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Attendance standard for salaried exempt team members is dedicating adequate time to fulfill the duties outlined in this job description equal to, or more than 40 hours per workweek.

Due to the cyclical nature of the industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the needs of the business.

• Certification or licensure in massage therapy.
• 4+ year's experience working as a massage therapist.
