Position OverviewOTO Development, a leading hotel development and management company, seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team with a guest‑forward mentality.
Responsibilities- Assist guests in check‑in, check‑out, and throughout their stay.
- Operate the hotel’s electronic reservation system and other computer programs, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Manage all financial transactions – credit card and cash – securely and accurately.
- Anticipate and exceed guest needs, enhancing the guest experience.
- Collaborate with team members to create a hospitable, customer‑focused environment.
- Maintain accurate reservation, payment, and daily reporting documentation.
- Adhere to hotel safety programs and emergency procedures.
- Minimum 2 years in a front‑desk or receptionist role.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on solutions for guests.
- Ability to work well within a team.
This physically demanding role requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.
Travel RequirementsLittle to no travel outside the property is required.
CompensationPay scale: $15.81 – $30.94 /hour (starting at $23 /hr). Rate depends on state/market and experience.
