Overview
Tecolote is searching for a Senior Earned Value Management Analyst to provide Earned Value Management (EVM) support to our government customers, to include analysis on monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) from development contractors.
Responsibilities- Work closely with Government Program Office teams and contractors
- Work on-site with the customer at a secure facility at Space Systems Command (SSC)
- Support the management of major Air Force and Space Force programs at SSC
- Perform EVM analysis and communicate results to program managers to inform decision-making
- Plan, participate in, and sometimes lead Integrated Baseline Review (I ) activities
- Prepare briefings, management plans, and technical reports for the customer
- Instruct/mentor project officers on EVM policies, processes, and procedures
- 8-12 years of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Program Control experience, preferably with the Department of Defense or commercial aerospace programs
- Strong analytic and presentation skills, proficiency with EVM systems software tools (e.g., wInsight), and extensive knowledge of EVM standards and practices
- Experience leading and supporting Compliance Analysis, Performance Analysis, Predictability Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and EVM training
- Familiarity with systems engineering principles, experience with large-scale development and test programs, risk analysis, and cost estimating
- Prior work at SSC and/or space programs is highly desirable
- U.S. citizen required due to national security nature of the position
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance and work in secure facilities (e.g., a SCIF or SAPF)
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences
