• Actively participate in hands‑on programming tasks to assist in the development of client solutions.

• Core Technical Skills (The "Must‑Haves"): HTML for Email, CSS for Email, templating languages (Apache Free Marker, Handlebars.js, Jinja, etc.), responsive & mobile‑first design, Git, email‑specific knowledge & best practices.
• Email‑Specific Knowledge & Best Practices:
  Email client rendering, accessibility (A11y), dark mode optimization, image optimization, deliverability awareness.
• Platform & Tool Proficiency: ESPs/Marketing Automation Platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Braze, etc.), testing & QA tools (Litmus, Email on Acid), development workflow automation (npm, Gulp), and data handling (CSV, JSON, loops).

• 1+ year(s) of experience and relevant education. A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or expertise in one or more programming languages with hands‑on experience designing and building software applications.
• Degree or experience in computer science preferred.

Compensation Range: $54,910 – $79,530. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
