In this role, communication and soft skills will be key. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement and engineer storage systems that align with the existing enterprise architecture. Your goal will be to meet business objectives based on user needs, with a good understanding of information technology, business processes, and industry requirements.
Qualifications- 1-2 years hands-on architecture experience is REQUIRED.
- 10+ years of experience with storage and SAN.
- Experience with 3
PAR SAN is CRITICAL. - Experience with Net App and Isilon is a plus.
- Knowledge of data protection, Fibre Channel and networking technologies, IP-based storage protocols, OS, load balancers, and databases.
- Experience developing end-of-life storage upgrade and migration plans.
- Experience in large enterprise environments is a BONUS.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead meetings and effectively summarize and prioritize topics.
