Loop is scaling fast and we’re looking for an experienced Network Technician to help power the next phase of our nationwide charging expansion. You’ll be the hands-on expert ensuring that our smart charging stations stay connected, configured, and performing at their best.
What You’ll Do
- Commission and configure Loop EV charging stations, routers, antennas, and connectivity systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking and connectivity issues (Tier 2 support).
- Execute firmware updates (in-field and OTA) and document commissioning results.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Field Ops to validate new firmware and network deployments.
- Support multi-site installations and manage SIM activations, data usage, and connectivity performance.
What You Bring
- Prior EV-charging experience is required (EVSE commissioning, networking, or telecom integration).
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OCPP, and common network configurations.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, access points, and Ethernet/coax cabling.
- Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams.
- Knowledge of Linux OS is a plus.
