You’ll be responsible for bringing in net‑new enterprise logos, selling Hive Watch’s AI‑powered Enterprise SaaS Solution into the physical security team at companies with 10,000+ employees. Your buyers are GSOC directors, physical security leaders, risk management executives, and operations leaders; any decision‑makers who are responsible for protecting people, assets, and brands at scale.
Deal Profile- Annual Quota: $1.68M

Typically involves pilots, technical evaluations, and executive sign‑off across security, IT, and procurement
You’ll be joining a high‑performing team of 3 Enterprise Account Executives, supported by 2 BDRs and 1 CSM. The current team has met or exceeded goal for the last 5 fiscal quarters, and we’re scaling rapidly to meet increasing demand.
Preferred Qualifications- 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- 6+ years experience in direct software sales role
- Proven track record navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder deals at companies with 10,000+ employees
- Experience with 7‑figure deals a plus
- Experience selling SaaS products, cybersecurity, or other complex B2B services
- Comfortable running full end‑to‑end sales cycles
