The OpportunityAs an Assistant Web Producer, you will deliver a robust slate of content authoring support to drive the American Girl eCommerce business.
This role focuses on project and creative asset coordination while maximizing content management systems to deliver optimal site experiences.
You will collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, product management, production, and operations partners to identify and implement operational efficiencies from process to execution.
What Your Impact Will Be- Serve as the day‑to‑day production lead for content and product launches.
- Execute all content authoring responsibilities using key tools and resources.
- Coordinate creative asset delivery, ensuring adherence to site standards and best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance agility, collaboration, and execution across cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of site updates.
- Minimum of 2+ years of work experience, preferably in online retail or DTC eCommerce.
- General knowledge of website design elements and ability to deliver brand and site standards through content authoring.
- Prior experience with tracking, delivery, approvals, and governance of website creative assets.
- Ability to write and edit basic HTML to support website layout and content updates.
- General technical and content SEO understanding.
- Basic project management experience using tools such as and Jira.
- Growth mindset and continuous improvement focus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Experience working in Content Management Systems.
