We're currently hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to support next-generation defense programs requiring active Top Secret or SCI clearance
. This is an opportunity to contribute to deeply technical projects involving computer vision, sensor data processing, and advanced ML frameworks
, all in support of national security missions.

• Design and deploy high-performance ML models focused on image and signal processing
  , including RADAR and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data streams
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to solve highly complex modeling challenges
• Utilize techniques in data mining
  , feature extraction
  , and deep learning to create scalable analytics platforms
• Stay on the pulse of evolving technologies in AI/ML and related software and hardware ecosystems
• Operate within classified environments while strictly adhering to data protection protocols tied to security clearance requirements
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to translate mission needs into actionable ML solutions
• Communicate your findings clearly—bridging the gap between technical insights and strategic decision-making
• Continually enhance model performance and data handling systems to meet dynamic defense use cases

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical discipline (Master’s or PhD preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in applied ML, with an emphasis on sensor data, signal/image analysis
  , and AI model development
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, C++, and C
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as Tensor Flow
  , Keras
  , or similar frameworks
• Solid grasp of ML theory and application, especially in high-performance or embedded environments
• Active Top Secret or SCI clearance is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with clear communication skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a mission-driven, collaborative team
• U.S. citizenship is required due to the classified nature of the projects
