We are passionate about the problems we're solving for our customers and equally passionate about the company we're building.

The Role

We're seeking an AI Product Manager to own and scale Hive Watch's AI Operator product suite. This is a strategically critical role that sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI/ML technology and real-world security operations. You'll define the vision and roadmap for how artificial intelligence transforms security operations, ensuring our AI solutions deliver measurable value while integrating seamlessly into complex enterprise environments.

This isn't about AI for AI's sake—it's about solving real problems in security operations with intelligence and precision.

WHAT

YOU'LL DO:
  • Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for Hive Watch's AI Operator and emerging AI product portfolio. Drive end-to-end product development using Agile methodologies, from initial concept through launch and iteration.
  • Deeply understand security operations workflows and pain points, and shepherd Hive Watch's AI products to not only provide force multiplication, but optimize the user experience.
  • Lead your development team to balance innovation with operational excellence. Ensure our AI products are reliable, explainable, and trustworthy in mission‑critical security environments.
  • Engage directly with customers and security operators to validate product direction, gather feedback, and drive adoption.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure AI product efficacy and utilization. Use data to continuously optimize our AI products and deliver measurable value to our users.
  • Stay ahead of AI/ML trends and identify emerging technologies that could differentiate Hive Watch's offerings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & TRAITS:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years building and scaling AI/ML or computer vision‑powered products
  • Proven track record of launching successful AI products in B2B or enterprise environments, with measurable customer and business impact
  • Strong technical depth; experience with computer vision, generative AI models, natural language processing, anomaly detection
  • Experience with model architectures, training pipelines, dataset management and performance trade‑offs
  • Experience with model deployment and inference optimization, particularly understanding how to balance compute resources, latency, and cost for production workloads
  • Experience translating ambiguous customer problems into clear product requirements and technical specifications
  • Customer‑centric mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making approach
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution; sweat the details while keeping the big picture in focus
