* Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) / Requests for Information (RFIs)

* Conduct proposal reviews and coordination

* Participate in the review and negotiation of terms and conditions of customer agreements.

* Support program management and execution reviews

* Provide general contract administration support

* Ensure coordination with the customer program team

* Liaison between internal and external customers Qualifications You Must Have
* A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

* Active and transferrable final U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret) is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start

* Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)

* Experience in the development of proposals and negotiations Qualifications We Prefer
* Good analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to understand the financial aspects of contracts and risk quantification

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, where prioritization is required to be effective

* Proven record of responsiveness with strong time management and organization skills

* Contractual acumen with proficiency in contracts fundamentals

* Related contract administration experience including hands-on proposal preparation and contract negotiations with the US Department of Defense (DoD)
