Benefits:

• Performs high-level, day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for complex operating systems, workstations and servers
• Coordinates, directs and performs complex software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages
• Schedules installations and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures
• Ensures workstation/server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions of varying complexities
• Develops, implements and promotes standard operating procedures and schedules
• Conducts hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines. Incumbent develops and implements new standards, policies and procedures
• Works closely with remote Network and Systems Analysts to help determine and develop the systems that will be implemented

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience (4 years of experience may be used in lieu of degree) with:
  • IT system administration support and system maintenance
  • Computer systems configuration, hardening, monitoring and maintenance
  • Active Directory tasks and requirements
  • Windows desktop and server operating systems and Microsoft Exchange operations
  • Information Security
  • Video Tele-Conference (VTC) hardware and software systems
  • IAT Level II - Sec+ or higher certification
• Must have an in-scope security background investigation (T5 or SSBI), adjudicated for SCI eligibility and enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program (if applicable)
• Must be willing to be nominated for access to Sensitive Compartment Information and Special Access Programs and willing to consent to a Polygraph examination

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
