Logic is seeking a motivated Associate Systems Integrator to support the MSEIT contract at Space Systems Command (SSC). This position provides critical day-to-day coordination and program management support to the systems engineering and integration (SE&I) and Agile delivery teams.

The successful candidate will help organize multi-contractor activities, support software and tool procurement, manage status tracking and communication workflows, and ensure integration awareness across program teams. This role is ideal for someone seeking to grow into systems integration or program management leadership within a high-visibility Department of Defense (DoD) software and systems engineering program.

The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) for the US Space Force’s Space Systems Center (SSC). We support the Space Force’s acquisition of state of the art satellite communications systems, providing global secure, survivable, and protected communications for our nation’s warfighters. We seek technical individuals who will thrive in a highly collaborative work environment of small teams, using the most modern tools and methodologies to tackle the challenges of integrating complex space and ground communications systems.

Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination: Support planning, facilitation, and documentation of recurring working groups, technical reviews, and stakeholder meetings. Manage meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions to ensure closure and accountability.
  • Integration Support: Assist the SE&I and program leadership teams in coordinating technical and programmatic activities across development, cyber, Dev Ops, and operations disciplines.
  • Procurement Coordination: Support tracking and coordination of software-related procurement actions, including license renewals, subscription management, and purchase requests.
  • License & Asset Tracking: Maintain visibility into software licensing, seat utilization, and expiration schedules to ensure uninterrupted tool availability across teams.
  • Status & Reporting: Collect, organize, and synthesize program status inputs; develop summary charts, dashboards, and other visual materials for internal and external reporting.
  • Cross-Team

    Collaboration:

Coordinate among software, systems, and mission stakeholders to maintain alignment and awareness of dependencies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with users, mission partners, OA representatives, and other government and contractor stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination.
  • Tool & Workflow Adaptability: Operate effectively within heterogeneous collaboration ecosystems—MS Teams, Slack, Mattermost, Jira, Confluence, and others—bridging communication across diverse technical and organizational environments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline coordination processes, improve document traceability, and enhance overall program communication efficiency.
