Qualifications
Basic
• Bac
helor’s degree orforeign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieuof every year of education.

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred

• At least 3 years of experience infull test life cycle covering test strategy, test planning, test case
creation, test execution, defect management and reporting.

• At least 2 years of experience intesting SOA and Web services applications with proficiency in
SOAP, REST with tools like SOAPUI

• At least 1 years of experience inworking with Oracle or DB2 databaseswith proficiency in SQL.

• At least 1 years of experience indesign and development of test automation using Java / Java script

• At least 2 years of experience in automation tools – Selenium or CALisa, Or Jmeter

• At least 2 years of experience in Performance and Integration testing validating end-to-end scenarios

• At least 2 years of experience in Stubbing and Service virtualization.

• At least 2 years of experience indefect management and bug tracking systems managing entire defect lifecycle.

• At least 1 years of experience ofBug tracking systems like JIRA or Bugzilla is preferred.

• At least 1 years of experience inon of the Operating systems such as Linux, Windows

• At least 1 years of experience inWeb /Application servers such as Weblogic OR Jboss OR Tomcat

• At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle.

• At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance
projects.

• Experience and desire to work in aGlobal delivery environment

• At least 1 year of experience andability to drive an independent project/module from an execution
stand point

• Good Communication and Analytical skills

• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment

• Good Troubleshooting, Analytical and Client Interfacing skills

• Bac
