Excellent Hybrid opportunity for an Experienced Civil Litigation Attorney who is passionate about helping clients, eager to hit the ground running, and who will serve our clients with outstanding representation.

We are dedicated to achieving successful results through negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and trials in both California and Federal courts.

Candidates must reside in Southern California and be admitted to the California Bar with a license in good standing.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Draft Complaints/Answers/Demurrers/Motions to Strike
• Able to propound and respond to written discovery
• Review and analyze medical and employment records
• Prepare discovery motions and or oppositions
• Prepare meet and confer letters re discovery
• Prepare summary of liability and damages analysis reports for carrier
• Research discovery issues
• Meet statutory deadlines
• Advise client on legal options for litigation and/or settlement
• Prepare clients for hearings and depositions

Required Skills:

• Experienced with Legal case management software and CRM systems
