We need an Associate Attorney who is passionate about helping their clients, eager to hit the ground running, and who will serve our clients with outstanding representation. We are dedicated to achieving successful results through negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and trials in both California and Federal courts.

Are you a Litigation Associate (with one to five years of experience) looking to grow? Do you have Education Law experience, or wish to grow professionally in this expanding area of practice? Primary Responsibilities:

• Overall execution of client cases
• Draft pleadings
• Meet and correspond with client
• Meet and correspond with opposing counsel
• Maintain client files
• Advise client on legal options for litigation and/or settlement
• Prepare clients for hearings and depositions
• Draft and respond to Discovery
• Draft and oppose motions
• Represent clients in litigation hearings
• Meet statutory deadlines
