Two; Mid-Level Associate Attorneys

We are a dynamic and growing plaintiff-side California-based law firm dedicated to providing strategic counsel and litigation services in labor and employment law and personal injury.

We are seeking two (2) Mid-Level Employment Associate Attorneys with 4-6 years of experience handling wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions to join our employment litigation team. This role is ideal for an attorney who has strong foundational experience in employment law and is ready to take on increased responsibility while continuing to develop under the guidance of a Team Leader/Partner, with a clear path toward future leadership.

$150k-$200k

• Assist in prosecuting wage-and-hour and PAGA actions from inception through settlement or trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Prepare for and take depositions, including defending depositions
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and clients on case strategy and execution
• Independently handle court appearances and tactical litigation tasks
• Supervise and mentor 1–2 junior attorneys and paralegals
• Support the Team Leader/Partner in advancing complex employment litigation matters

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active and good‑standing membership with the California State Bar
• 4-6 years of experience in wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing junior team members
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
