Supply Chain Coordinator - Millennium Space Systems

Millennium Space Systems (MSS), part of Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator. This role involves tracking purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring on‑time delivery to meet production schedules. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills, with experience expediting and supply chain processes, preferably within the aerospace industry.

This is an onsite role.

• Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
• Work with suppliers to resolve delays and issues
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to ensure accurate delivery of parts
• Analyze inventory and production data to determine material requirements
• Communicate regularly with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of materials
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Work closely with the procurement team to align purchase orders with schedules and demand
• Contribute to SOP development and process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to procurement and transportation

• Minimum of 3 years in a supply chain expediting role, preferably aerospace
• Knowledge of aerospace supply chain management practices and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines
