Pulling data and synthesizing research across Consumer, Company, Category, and Culture (4 Cs) to surface opportunities and barriers for client brands.Deck & Presentation Support:
Drafting preliminary strategic recommendations, competitive audits, and client presentation slides under guidance from senior strategists.Audience & Journey Mapping:
Assisting in building consumer journey maps, identifying key digital touchpoints, high-intent moments, and channel-specific communication tasks.Trend & Market Monitoring:
Tracking emerging digital, cultural, and industry trends to fuel creative brainstorms and keep the agency team informed.Internal
Collaboration:
Partnering with creative, media, and data & analytics teams on day-to-day deliverables to ensure concepts align with strategic objectives.New Business Support:
Supporting pitch teams by conducting background research, organizing market data, and contributing ideas in pitch brainstorms.
3–5 years of experience, ideally within a digital agency, marketing research firm
A natural urge to dig past surface-level numbers to uncover the human behaviors underneath
A baseline understanding of core digital marketing channels (e.g., paid social, search, CTV, content, UX)
Familiarity with audience research platforms (e.g., MRI/Simmons, Kantar, GWI, Resonate, Media Radar, Pathmatics), Social
Listening platforms, and an interest in using AI tools to accelerate research synthesis
Proficiency in Google Slides, with experience building and formatting polished, professional presentations and decks
Clear, organized written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills and attention to detail when developing and delivering decks, documents, and other client-facing materials
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
