We are seeking a dynamic and versatile communications professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role is perfect for a “jack of all trades” with a passion for advocacy and influence, ready to tackle diverse challenges from creator campaigns to event execution. You will be a central figure in orchestrating 360° communications strategies, working cross‑functionally with various teams and agencies to bring innovative ideas to life.

Your ability to juggle multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and quickly adapt to new platforms will be key to your success in this high‑impact position.

• Promote brand voices and aesthetics across traditional, digital, and social media channels, ensuring all content is on‑brand and deployed according to best practices.
• Employ integrated communications strategies to build and sustain brand images for external audiences.
• Manage influencer strategy and campaign execution, including working with various agencies and creators.
• Generate compelling content for social media and retail partners.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special events and sponsor ships as needed.
• Research and contact vendors to inquire about services and rates for activations.
• Create comprehensive proposals and recaps for activations and events.
• Responsible for day‑to‑day communication planning and execution, including campaign development, media relations, and event organization.
• Build and develop strong relationships across the industry as well as internally with other departments and global teams.

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience specific to PR, influencer marketing, and social media content/strategy within the fragrance, fashion, and/or beauty sectors.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven professional experience executing impactful PR and social media campaigns, including creator campaigns.
• An established network within press, influencers, events, social media, and the broader beauty industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate within teams and cross‑collaborate.
• Excellent writing skills, alongside proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel.
• A self‑starter mentality, action‑oriented with a positive “can do” attitude, thriving in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong skills in learning new platforms and adapting to evolving digital landscapes.
