• Assure that customer quality-imposed requirements are adhered to and that a quality system is maintained.
• Coordinate programs designed to improve supplier performance, productivity, and process validation.
• Prepare, maintain and review quality assurance procedures to assure compliance with customer and/or government requirements.
• Review and analyze corrective action reports, defect data, and other supplier data; coordinate and report on supplier rating process.
• Monitor quality control activities and systems related to Supplier Quality, and maintain feedback loops; may investigate quality issues.
• Extensively utilize SAP, Excel, and Tableau in these processes.
• Support evaluation of policies and procedures for continuous improvement and alignment to sector/company requirements.
• Process requests from Global Supply Chain regarding SAP holds and blocks.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in quality, supplier quality or global supply chain, OR Master’s degree and 3 years of experience in those areas.
• Experience using SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products).
• Experience supporting cross‑functional/sector efforts or projects.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

• Supplier Quality experience in industry.
• Experience with Tableau and Microsoft Access.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.

Salary Range: $89,400 - $155,400. The above range represents a general guideline; actual offers depend on scope, responsibilities, and candidate experience. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and long‑term incentives.
