Hourly with Overtime & Bonus / $19-23hr + $6k yearly bonus paid monthly (Total Package - $60,)
Job Description: The Restaurant Kitchen Manager will live and teach the mission and vision of the company. The Restaurant Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring restaurant operations run smoothly, making sure the guest is the number one priority, and will partner with the Executive Chef & General Manager to ensure overall financial health and brand standard execution of a single unit.
As the Restaurant Kitchen Manager, you will develop a bench of well-trained talent for each level within the restaurant. The Restaurant Kitchen Manager will direct all activities pertaining to a clean, safe and attractive environment, the overall guest experience, staffing, discipline, payroll, P&L, and repair and maintenance. The business will be managed by directing and holding the management and service production teams accountable for service and operations excellence.

Qualifications:

● Ensures constant tasting, inspection and constructive critique of all food being served
● Directs overall activities and performance of Team Members on a shift-by-shift basis
● Promotes and manages line and kitchen organization, cleanliness and sanitation and is responsible for upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of the line and kitchen
● Outstanding P&L management, systems knowledge, and experience with AvT style inventory.
