We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Constellation Culinary team in El Segundo, CA. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to lead the culinary team in a professional dining setting. This is a Monday - Friday operation with a high level food service program.

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.

• At least five years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements.

• Associate’s degree in culinary arts.

Up to $98,000 plus bonus
