dnata catering U.S. is looking for a Cold Kitchen Assembly to join our El Segundo team supporting the LAX Airport
.

• Prepare and assemble a variety of cold food items for airline passengers following standardized recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation; ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients; adhere to temperature control protocols.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to understand menu requirements and ensure timely production and delivery of cold items.
• Manage inventory levels, track product performance, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Contribute to delivering exceptional food experiences for airline passengers during flights.
• Store completed trays in airline storage carts or containers for transport to airplanes.
• Follow HACCP/GMP guidelines and dnata Catering sanitation policies.

• $22.50 hourly

• Education:
  
  Minimum high school diploma or GED with 1 year of cold food assembly experience
• Schedule Flexibility:
  Ability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
• Excellent organization and time management skills; attention to detail
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a team environment
• Strong prioritization and the ability to perform multiple tasks
• Valid food handler’s certificate or equivalent

• Regular exposure to cold environments (35-40°F)
• Inside work environment; noise levels range from minimal to loud
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds
