Life & Health Account Representative

We are looking for a stellar account representative to help us expand our Life & Health Insurance business by handling new and existing client administration, including, open enrolment. We offer a competitive salary and vacation package, plus, flexible hours.

• Proven experience as an insurance administration account representative
• Good comprehension of life and health insurance plans
• Ability to work with Windows 2007, Excel, Word and Power Point
• Understand and interpret standard statistical findings
• Goal-oriented
• Excellent skills in communication and presentation
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
• High school or BSc degree

• Develop and maintain excellent carrier relationships
• Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and offer the most suitable protection plans
• Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
• Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
• Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation
• Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
• Fulfil all company-established policy obligations
