About Quik Stor
Quik Stor is the leading SaaS facility management platform for the self‑storage industry, delivering a purpose‑built, scalable system that serves as the foundation for intelligent automation and modern facility operations. We are in rapid growth mode, backed by significant capital from self‑storage industry veterans who share our vision to build the most advanced and scalable operating system for storage operators worldwide.
The Director of Sales owns Quik Stor’s new‑logo sales execution, with direct responsibility for pipeline creation, deal execution, forecasting accuracy, and bookings performance. This role is focused on building a disciplined, repeatable sales motion. You will lead the sales team day to day, enforce sales methodology, maintain pipeline health, and ensure tight execution against revenue targets. You will partner closely with Marketing, Rev Ops, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment, but Sales execution and outcomes sit squarely with this role.
Success is measured by predictable bookings, strong pipeline coverage, improved win rates, and consistent forecast accuracy.
- Execute Quik Stor’s sales strategy across new‑logo acquisition and account expansion.
- Own bookings targets across segments including single‑site operators, regional portfolios, and larger multi‑site operators.
- Translate company growth objectives into clear sales plans, quotas, and execution priorities.
- Maintain healthy pipeline coverage and enforce stage definitions, qualification criteria, and conversion discipline.
- Own forecasting accuracy and deliver reliable weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
- Monitor pipeline velocity, deal size, win rates, and sales cycle length, taking corrective action as needed.
- Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives.
- Drive consistent execution through regular deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and performance coaching.
- Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and ramping new sales talent.
- Implement and enforce a formal sales methodology and deal qualification framework.
- Establish consistent sales processes across discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate reporting in partnership with Rev Ops.
- Partner with Marketing on lead quality, handoff, and feedback loops to improve conversion.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success on pricing, packaging, competitive positioning, and expansion motions.
- Provide structured field feedback to inform roadmap, messaging, and enablement.
- Drive improvements in win rate, sales cycle length, and quota attainment.
- Monitor and improve sales productivity metrics including pipeline per rep and bookings per AE.
- Support efficiency goals tied to CAC payback and sales cost discipline.
- 7 to 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including leadership of quota‑carrying teams.
- Proven track record driving new‑logo ARR and expansion revenue in a mid‑market or enterprise SaaS environment.
- Strong command of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting best practices.
- Experience operating within a modern CRM and Rev Ops stack.
- Analytical, process‑oriented mindset with the ability to diagnose performance issues and drive improvement.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience coaching and developing sales talent.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, scaling SaaS organization.
This role is based at Quik Stor headquarters in El Segundo, California. Regular on‑site presence is expected. Travel of approximately 25 percent is required for customer meetings, industry events, and internal planning.
