Earned Value Management Analyst - TS/SCI Required

Tecolote is searching for a Senior Earned Value Management Analyst to provide Earned Value Management (EVM) support to our government customers, including analysis on monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) from development contractors.

• Work closely with Government Program Office teams and contractors
• Work on‑site with the customer at a secure facility at Space Systems Command (SSC)
• Support the management of major Air Force and Space Force programs at SSC
• Perform EVM analysis and communicate results to program managers to inform decision‑making
• Plan, participate, and sometimes lead Integrated Baseline Review (I ) activities
• Prepare briefings, management plans, and technical reports for the customer
• Instruct/mentor project officers on EVM policies, processes, and procedures
• Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $/Year, DOE

• Applicants must possess 8-12 years of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Program Control experience, preferably with the Department of Defense or commercial aerospace programs
• Applicants must demonstrate analytic and presentation skills, be proficient with EVM systems software tools, such as wInsight, and possess extensive knowledge of EVM industry standards and practices
• Applicants should have experience leading and supporting Compliance Analysis, Performance Analysis, Predictability Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and EVM‑specific training
• Applicants should have familiarity with systems engineering principles and practices, experience with large‑scale development and test programs, risk analysis, and cost estimating
• Prior work at SSC and/or space programs is highly desirable
• Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, due to the national security nature of the position
• Additionally, applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance, and be willing and able to work in secure facilities (e.g. a SCIF or SAPF)
