Manage and assist in the administration and coordination of multiple security programs/activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Acts as a liaison with government agencies / organizations to ensure contract security compliance and obtain authorizations and acceptable deviations within regulations, as needed. Investigate security violations and prepare reports detailing procedures to preclude future occurrences. Provide guidance, subject matter expertise and mentorship to security personnel

You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience Experience working with NIPSOM, and other applicable Government security policies and procedures. Experience interacting with Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA) or other Cognizant Security Agency personnel. Qualifications We Prefer Demonstrated success of being a leader Exceptional time management, prioritization abilities, and ability to achieve goals and targets while performing multiple tasks Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Strong business acumen Experience collaborating vertically and horizontally within an organization hierarch Completion of DCSA CDSE course: FSO Program Management For Possessing Facilities Relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

The salary range for this role is 145,600 USD - 276,800 USD.
