General Summary

This position is responsible for maintaining Club building operations while providing the highest level of service to members. All associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to all members and guests and consistently demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.

Primary Job Functions
  • Learn and apply the company's standard operating procedures.
  • Preventive maintenance responsibility of the building such as pool vacuuming and testing/adjusting pool water chemicals, plumbing, light electrical and painting.
  • Restock supplies, replenish inventory and products.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Greet members and guests throughout the property.
  • Understand and anticipate the needs of the property.
  • Be attentive and listen carefully to the member's and follow through.
  • Follow up as required and communicate in a timely manner.
  • Be an active participant in events, programs, meetings and training.
  • Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.
  • Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings.
Qualifications
  • Skills & Knowledge
    :
    Ability to read/understand, analyze, and interpret general training manuals, professional journals, or technical procedures; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from children, managers, associates, members, and the general public. Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Experience
    :
    Minimum three (3) years of building operations experience. Previous lead experience preferred.
  • Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities.
  • Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player.
  • Self‑motivated, takes initiative, anticipates the needs of others and willing to acquire new skills.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • High cleanliness standards.
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and drywall.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and drywall.
  • Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
