Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced COBOL
400 Developer to join our dynamic team. Hands-on experience in i-Series (AS400). Excellent knowledge of programming languages – RPGLE CLLE including debugging (Interactive Batch both).
- 8+ year experience in COBOL
400 and AS400 development, including expertise in languages such as RPG, CL, ILE, DB2, Stored Procedures SQL. - Experienced in iSeries Navigator, Integrated File System (IFS) and IBM Data Transfer Tools.
- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting AS400 applications to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Good collaboration, communication skills and ability to work independently lead the teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Experience in Supply chain Manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Experience with Service Now (or) similar ticketing tool.
- Comfortable using Change Management Tool like Implementer.
- Experience with ROBOT and Job scheduling.
